Option 1: Fly into Kos or Leros, then ferry

The fastest route for most travellers. Kos and Leros both have airports with connections from Athens and, in summer, several European cities. From either, it's a 1–3 hour ferry to Patmos.

Option 2: Direct ferry from Piraeus

An overnight or long-day ferry from Athens's port, roughly 7–9 hours depending on the vessel and stops. A good option if you're starting your trip in Athens anyway.

Option 3: Via Rhodes

Rhodes has more international flight options and a regional ferry connection onward to Patmos, useful if you're combining islands.

Once you're here

All ferries arrive into Skala, the main port. We arrange private pickup on arrival so there's no scramble for a taxi — see our transfers & logistics service.
